Are You Ready to Become a CSS Facilitator?
This isn’t just a course — it’s a commitment to show up differently in the world and hold space with care, courage, and integrity. Before applying, we invite you to reflect on your readiness: Do you understand that CSS is about cultivating emotional safety, not delivering scripts? Have you done enough healing to hold space responsibly? Are you able to regulate yourself, reflect on your patterns, and honor boundaries? Becoming a facilitator means practicing relational integrity, referring opportunities when misaligned, and committing to a process that includes the Intro course, signing our values agreement, and a non-refundable $4,000 fee. Most importantly, you're here because you believe in healing systems — not just running workshops.

If you're called to be part of this work — not just as a job, but as a practice — we welcome you.
