I have always had a natural inclination to want to help others through difficult situations and conversations. I took this and initially formalized it by completing my Master of Arts in Conflict Management with a specialization in Organizational Development, and more recently added to this knowledge through the invaluable training and people-first passion that Cultivating Safe Spaces (CSS) offers.

I really enjoy providing support and facilitating a deeper understanding of effective workplace dynamics and professional relationships. I am open to hosting live or virtual workshops, guest speaking, and any ways in which facilitating CSS is a focus to help address workplace conflict concerns.

My family currently resides in Thunder Bay, ON, on the traditional lands of the Fort William First Nation, signatory to the Robinson-Superior Treaty of 1850. I have been fortunate enough to work with various organizations across Canada, including Winnipeg, Vancouver, and Toronto, and have gained experience in different sectors, both non-profit and for-profit.

When I am not going for walks or bike rides with my two kiddos or cooking up a storm with my husband, you can find me running, cross-country skiing, listening to a podcast, or sometimes catching up on all the things reality TV.
